Customer Service Manager
Leo currently resides in Naples, FL where he enjoys traveling, riding motorcycles (both sport and cruisers) and faithfully going to the gym in his free time. He is also in the process of renovating his home, a work in progress he hopes to complete soon.
He is a regular supporter of organizations, including the St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital and Special Olympics. Leo is passionate about these organizations, as he believes “these kids and their families are in great need of our support.”
Prior to joining the NSquare team, Leo obtained valuable experience working in Office Management for several years. He has also obtained his MBA in International Business.
Leo believes that intentional listening, an ability to understand the needs of an individual and operating with a strong work ethic are all qualities that are important in providing an exceptional customer experience.
